A beta program is an opportunity to test a product or service that is not yet complete or commercially available. The objective around our beta programs are to get BlackBerry software and services into the hands of people in real world environments and gather feedback about the product to ensure it meets expectations. It is really an “inside peek” at the latest and greatest from BlackBerry – and for this reason, please be sure to review the Terms and Conditions of BlackBerry Beta Zone participation.
- Becoming a member gives you a unique opportunity to trial the newest BlackBerry software and services before it is released to the public. This means that you will get your hands on beta versions of BlackBerry software and services before anyone else!
- Once you have tested out the software, you can offer your feedback and suggestions directly to us about how the product and/or service can be an improved experience for all users!
- You can prepare your business for upcoming releases of BlackBerry products and/or services.
Once you enroll for BlackBerry Beta Zone for Business, RIM will review your registration. Upon approval, the Enterprise Beta Team at RIM will create your membership, and you will be sent a welcome email with additional details regarding your participation. Login credentials will be sent to you in a separate email. Once you are logged in, you are ready to start beta testing.
You are now ready to participate in business beta programs. To see which programs are available to you, visit ‘Eligible Programs’. Select the program(s) you are interested in joining, review the Agreements, click “I Accept,” and you are all set to participate. The majority of business programs are private programs, meaning you will require a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to participate. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have an NDA prepared.
